Thank you for shopping with Ryzela! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below for more information.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- We do not accept returns on gift cards, perishable items, or personalized products.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
On-Demand Print Products
- Please note that on-demand print products, including but not limited to art prints and custom apparel, are not eligible for returns or refunds. Once these items are ordered, they are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Initiate a Return
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@ryzela.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Please do not send your item back to us without a return authorization number.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@ryzela.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
